Of course! To load a motion data, make sure you have a model open in MMD and then go to the file(F) tab at the top. Once you open that tab, click the load motion data(M) option and select your motion you want. Make sure your motion is a .VMD file. MMD might freeze up a little, but that’s just so the data loads properly.
If you still can’t open the file, it may be corrupted from an interrupted download. I suggest deleting and then re-downloading the motion and see if that fixes the problem.

Also, for future reference, I always put the name of the songs as a tag in the posts with their downloads. So when in doubt, just type the song name in the blog’s search bar :)

I was searching for some of those and I found the motion for Beginner: http://cdn.3dcustom.net/MMDuploader/src/MMD00462.lzh.html
The file format is in .lzh though, not a zip file, so you might need to find a program to extract it with. (I’m sure there’s a good free one out there!)
